Join us July 12-17th in the beautiful desert of California! Our house is 2 hours from L.A. and 40 min from the amazing Joshua Tree State Park. We will explore movement and breath through Asana (poses) and meditation. We will focus on learning the proper alignment of poses as we build a flow throughout the week. If you want more instructions on how to position yourself in a pose, this retreat is for you! Each day, we will learn a series of poses that we will combine into one long flow on the last day we practice together. We will also incorporate breathwork and meditation into our practice, learning how to use the breath to help you move into a pose deeper or move from one pose to the other.

Also on our itinerary, is Joshua Tree National Park. This Park is a vast desert landscape renowned for its iconic Joshua trees, unique rock formations, and diverse ecosystems, encompassing both the Mojave and Colorado deserts. People worldwide (over 3 million a year!) come here to hike, rock climb, and enjoy the amazing scenery.  We will spend the day in the park with the option to hike or choose to do a guided tour on horseback!

Have you ever been in a place where the stars seem like you can reach out and touch them? If not, you won’t want to miss the night trip here!!! We will enjoy looking up at the sky without the lights from a city, finding constellations with ease. Then, we will end the night with a nature ceremony to seal all the wonder into our minds and hearts.

Below are the prices for Early Bird. These prices are good through Jan 15th. After that, they will all go up by $200.
